aku cam tringin nak wat yoga la plak skrg v7
sape2 yang biasa wat?
meh la share2 citer
tadi aku try surf2 yoga centre kat ipoh ni
ade jmp satu forum tu
dia ade ckp kat gym pro master kat ipoh ni
ade wat yoga
cam murah je, rm35 utk 4 lessons a month
tapi thread tu dah lama la
tataw la plak rate skrg ni bape
try carik2 contact number tak jmp la pulokkk
tape2, tgk la jap g ke..
esok2 ke..
aku tadep keja..
aku g ar merayau ke stu jap..hiks

notakaki : lam proses dayet v7

notakaki 2 : yoga ni tak dapat reducekan weight ye kwn2
tapi dia membantu firming and toning our body..hiks

hi...nie td merayau2 dkt planet red, nmpk u tanya pasal yoga...anyway, kalo betul RM35 per month tu sgt murah okeyyyy....u just try n enjoy it...sgt seronok n menarik....best2...i likeeee....

haiiii...yoga ni betul ke leh reduce weight ??rasenye mengikut fakta sains, yoga tak banyak membantu pon..menguatkan otot jerk..huuu dulu nak gak join yoga, tapi tak jadi ..hhuu

betol tu yang... yoga tak turunkan berat... bukan setakat dapat firm n tone kan body aje, tapi jugak boleh relaxkan minda kite... it's good taww...

yoga..hehe aku ngah blaja yang tpi gune dvd jew..mule2 mmng xleh lentur sgt lelame amik ko..rase cm nk masuk gimnastik aaa muahaha..

pilates pon best yang..kate nk diet kan..harus bersenam..lalala
